1. Website Development Scope
Every website development project undertaken by Aarviko Digital is governed by a written project proposal or scope document specifying the number of pages, features, design deliverables, and estimated timeline. Any additional pages, custom integrations, or scope expansions requested after approval are quoted separately.
2. Payment Milestones
Unless otherwise specified in a written quotation, website development projects follow a milestone billing structure:
- Initial advance payment prior to project discovery and design initiation.
- Development and review milestone upon preview completion.
- Final balance payment prior to production deployment and credential handover.
3. Revision Limits & Client Content
Each design phase includes a defined number of structured revision rounds as stated in your project proposal. Timely delivery of brand logos, business text, service details, and photographs by the client is required to maintain project schedules.
4. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Subscriptions
Domain registration, web hosting renewals, premium third-party plugins, paid APIs, and commercial font/photo licenses are separate from one-time development fees unless explicitly included in writing. Clients retain direct ownership of their domain names.
5. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Service Limitations
Aarviko Digital implements technical, on-page, and local SEO following search engine webmaster guidelines. Because search engine algorithms, competitor actions, and market conditions are controlled by third-party search providers (such as Google), we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, first-page placements, or specific traffic volumes.
6. Portfolio Demonstration Projects
Concept projects and demonstration websites displayed in our portfolio are clearly labelled as demonstration environments created to illustrate design and engineering capabilities.
